[ipad] Renaming an iPad in Configurator

Hey Guys

 

So Apple configurator for some reason has named two of the iPads the same name is there anyway to rename them without having to go through the whole process again?

Of course not! Its Apple, nothing is simple!

You will need to change the name via Configurator eventually as it will only end up doing the same thing next time the device is connected.

 

However as an interim solution you should be able to go to Settings | General | About | Name to change the device name.
