SOSAGES Posted October 8, 2007 Posted October 8, 2007 Hello all, quick question, i have a base xp vmware image. I would like to clone/copy this and work on it, i would like to do this many times. Now copying/cloning is easy enough but i need the Mac address to be the same everytime. Is it possible to manual enter in what Mac address i want the copy/clone to have? Thanks in advance.
Geoff Posted October 8, 2007 Posted October 8, 2007 In the guest, go into device manager and open the properties for the VMware network card. In the advanced tab you can set the MAC address.
