Novalee Posted January 22, 2014 Posted January 22, 2014 Anyone use this? We're having real problems with files not opening correctly. The error being 'Failed to load file.' One student has just opened her file fine, closed it immediately (no changes made or saved) and then had this error on trying to re-open. So I guess that rules out saving problems. Any help appreciated!
