Hi guys,

In need of some urgent help.

I have a local install of SIMS. All isolated to my PC, mainly used as a test machine before deploying out to the client users.

Anyway, I am simply trying to upload a document to a student and I get a message saying "The document server is not running".

This has come out of the blue.

My settings have no changed, all set to 127.0.0.1, port 80, http...

Test connection fails.

Can anyone HELP!?!?!

Thanks

Have a look in SIMSDocumentServer_VDI-A50113.config

Usually in C:\Program Files\SIMS\SIMS .net Document Server

Make sure the docroot and protocol is correct

Check that the folder structure for docstorage is correct for the new machine

Restart the docstorage service then open SIMS and redo Doc Management Server settings

You mean 8080? If the service is running and the settings are correct, I would try TCP and a different port.
