Kingstech Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 This is My 1st year going to Bett at its current location. I went a few years ago. So i have a couple of questions. How is it best to get to Excel from Victoria station? Does Excel have a wireless network or is it individual stands that has it? Thanks in advance. Sorry if the questions have been asked before.
fiza Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Bett has wireless. Wasn't very good last time I tried it. English - Journey Planner - Transport for London 1
zag Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Getting there is easy enough, just take the underground and get off at Canning Town. Then take the DLR a couple of stops down. Not sure about wireless, I just tethered my phone 1
AJWhite1970 Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 At Victoria Underground Station, take the Circle Line towards Hammersmith (H&C Line) Underground Station or District Line towards Upminster Underground Station or District Line towards Tower Hill Underground Station or District Line towards Plaistow Underground Station Change at Westminster Go down the escilators to the Jubilee line towards Stratford Underground Station or West Ham Underground Station Change a Canning Town Station Take Docklands Light Railway towards Beckton DLR Station Get off at Custom House (for ExCel) DLR Station (don't forget to swipe your Oyster card when you get off as easy to miss the sensors...) 1
john Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 District Line to Tower Hill, walk out of Tower hill turn left cross the road to Tower Gateway DLR and you'll get a Beckton DLR straight from that spot nice and easy 1
