foofighterjim Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 One of my tasks for Bett this year is to look into a new wireless system; I have already made a note to visit Meraki, Meru and Xirrus. Is there anyone else there I should be looking to harass? The website has been useless for trying to find providers of particular products this year and don't even get me started on the app.
IrritableTech Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 I know @Net-Ctrl are displaying Ruckus. Lots of users on here use it. 2
pantscat Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Definitely consider Ruckus, Aruba and perhaps even Cisco if you've got cash to burn.

Net-Ctrl Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 how could you forget about the Ruckus As Irritable Tech said we will have some Ruckus tech and sales experts on our stand and the kit on show. We are on stand F121, please feel free to stop by. I was down at the show building our stand yesterday and the whole show is looking great
zag Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Not sure if Aruba are there but we use them and they are "best of" at the moment due to their mature 802.11ac technology.

Yes, ac is up there on the desireable list, I don't seem to be able to find any mention of Aruba on the Bett website. I will have to go old school and pick up the telephone.
bossman Posted January 21, 2014 Posted January 21, 2014 Aerohive is absolutely fantastic and cost effective from my point of view, Have a look at LAN3 stand at BETT and the contact is Adam Slocombe, excellent service from them and the technical service is second to non. 1

Can vouch for LAN3 and Aerohive. Their tech guys are top blokes and really friendly plus the Aerohive system just works. Once configured, which is so easy. I've worked with Aruba, Netgear and Meraki. Out of all those I had the Aerohive Wifi system up and running with a basic config on the same day as it was delivered!
