Zip folder creates empty zip

Hi

 

We've got a new install of 9.7 where most things are working but we can't seem to zip folders - when we try it creates a zip file with the folder structure within it but no actual files. Doesn't seem to matter who's logged on.

 

I've attached a sample.

 

Running on Server 2012.

I'll test with the v10 release, I think I've changed the zip process in v10
