[sims] DISCOVER - An Error has Occured

Just trying to install SIMS Discover and have followed everything in the instructions but getting this very non descript error message whenever I try and do anything in the Administration Utility.

 

Looking through the log files I've come across as few instances of "Could not connect to a Discover redirect database" but unsure how to even start troubleshooting this error.

 

Any ideas?

Are you installing it manually with the ISO or via SOLUS3?

Manually from the ISO.
