I'm trying to setup Moodle SSO with ADFS which I currently use for our Office 365. Does anyone already have this setup or know how to set this up.

Can't help I'm afraid but not sure whether or not you found this in the Moodle forums https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=220478 -wondering whether that is of any use?
