SpoilerAlert Posted January 14, 2014 Posted January 14, 2014 When i try to create playlists in Windows Media Player V.12. an error stating 'Windows media player enountered a problem while creating or saving a playlist' is displayed and the playlist is closed, I have checked the 'rip music to this location' option in the 'Options', 'Rip Music' section this is blank and will not allow us to change this. i have included screen shots of all the relevant information and can provide others if needs be. Can anyone help me sort this problem using a GPO or give me some form of idea how to go about this? Cheers
