deano Posted January 6, 2014 Posted January 6, 2014 Hi, The headteacher at a school i support wishes to retain her old email address, which was [email protected]. She has her new account on Office365, which uses the [email protected]. I want to add the alias to her account for Headteacher but i get and error when trying to save - "The operation on mailbox failed becuase its out of the current users write scope."
deano Posted January 6, 2014 Author Posted January 6, 2014 Found it. You have to edit the attributes of the user in AD. I have added the email address i wish to add to the ProxyAddress attribute in AD
