alunmjones Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 I am trying to get a working image together of windows 7 to replace the one i inherited from the previouse ICT Manager, which is not working correctely, ive got everything working untill fog joins the machine to the domain. at this point the autologin functions in the unattend.xml fails as it is trying to log in with the local admin account password to the domain admin account, as they have different passwords it oviousely wont work. for my last attempt, in testing now, i have set the domain within the autologon filed to %computername%, as shown below. true 4 administrator <<---Omitted--->/Value> false %computername% true Work 3 true <<---Omitted--->/Value> false Local Admin Account Administrator Administrators Administrator <<---Omitted--->/Value> false <---Omitted---> Y<---Omitted--->/RegisteredOwner> GMT Standard Time powercfg -h off Turn Hibernate off false 1 true 2 Set Time net time <---Omitted---> /set /y http://helpdesk/ 08:30 - 16:30 true Y<---Omitted--->/Manufacturer> PC/Laptop <---Omitted---> false false false does anyone know anything else i can try if this fails? thank you Alun Jones
Steve21 Posted January 3, 2014 Posted January 3, 2014 Have you tried domain as just . ? We also have the line to enable the local admin account within ours, as by default with sysprep isn't it disabled? Steve

data-controller='core.front.core.lightboxedImages'> as an update, i solved my problem, ended up telling fog to not join the machine to the domain, im now using a VBS script to do the job when all of my other processes are finished, instead of mid way through as fog wanted to do it, it now works, it should be 99.99% compatible as it has 1gb of drivers installed as needed. </div> </div> </div> command to set the logon user to the local Administrator account.
