ICT Technician - Hextable, Kent. £15,882 – £17,333 + Final Salary Pension

We are seeking to recruit an ICT Technician to fill a full-time position within the ICT team of Oasis Community Learning. This newly created position will be based at Oasis Academy Hextable in Kent.

This person will provide 1^st Line hardware and software support, incident management, call logging, asset management, general IT administrative and other IT facility services as part of a Service Desk within the Oasis Academy Hextable IT support team.

The successful candidate will have an IT technical background, good working knowledge of Microsoft Windows XP, Windows7 and Office Applications. Experience of IT services within an Education environment is desirable but not essential.

 

This person must also have a pro-active approach to work and a willingness to demonstrate commitment to the values and behaviours which flow from the Oasis Community Learning ethos.
