[sims] Extract Lesson Attendance Mark

Does anyone know if it is possible to extract Lesson Marks for a specific period? I have a member of staff who wants a report for anyone absent P5 but present P4 for a specific year group each day. I tried the Reporting tool and can extract P5 as it is our PM mark, but I cannot work out how to get the mark for P4 which is from a lesson as Lesson Marks subreports don't allow you to specify a period.

There's defo built in LM reports for that sort of thing. You might have to change option from sessions to lesson.

I'm sure there's one for comparing periods.

Ive just managed to get a report to show me all lesson marks for a year group. You get a long list of every student in that year with all 5 (5 period day here) lesson marks on different lines in order for the day. Does list it as period 1, period 2 etc. You could then just scan down and look to see if anything differs, obviously if your school is huge you may not want to do this but we only have 100 per year group here.

Actually scrap that found the report your after.

 

Reports - > Lesson Monitor - > Selected Students Reports - > Compare Marks by Column

 

Change Group type at top to year group, change the compare to p4 and p5 then run it on the year group and you get the list your after.
