[sims] Sims - creating new 'Action Taken' under behaviour management

I am looking to add to the 'Action Taken' categories with a few custom ones and cannot see where to do this. (Under behaviour management I am going to a student - on Behaviour (3) going to new and then at the bottom of that screen under student details can see a drop down list for 'Action Taken'. I basically want to create my own items to populate this list - does anyone know where I find these categories within Sims??

You need to go to "Tools > Lookups > Maintain" and search for "Behaviour - Action Taken"

 

Oh and you'll need to be in one of the following permission groups:

Partnership Server Manager

• School Administrator
  
• System Manager
  
• Personnel Officer
  
• Personnel Assistant
