Temperature/Time/Weather outdoor display

The DHM wants a LED digital display of time and temperature on one of the external walls similar to the ones seen just about everywhere abroad on road signs, roundabouts, pharmacies etc. (strategically placed so us Brits can moan how hot it is...)

 

Has anyone got one and roughly how much? My google-fu is just turning up large industrial ones at the moment.

 

On a similar subject, can anyone recommend a good weather station that feeds back to a pc (preferably across cat5) with a nice end user interface?
