Rover Flash Player for iPad

Hello is anyone having an issue with rover or an app like this on ipads (flash browser) through a proxy? we use smoothwall at our schools the swurl version and dont see to be able to connect any of our ios devices to the browser though it works from home so not sure if the problem lies with the proxy or the filtering. Can anyone share any light on this please or suggest an app tried and tested in school that does work with proxy setups

Usually its because apps ignore the authentication.
