Seriously.

I've spent over an hour trying to get into this and I'm getting nowhere. I've taken off the sides [sTOP USING THERMOSET PLASTIC AND INTERNAL CATCHES!] and all I'm seeing is screw, after screw, that doesn't actually remove anything...

This printer seems to be full of toner [everything is now pink] and I can't get into it to see what the hell is going on.

Jesus Christ, why do manufacturers make things so difficult?

Where are you trying to get to?

Pretty much, the heart of the printer.

The roller attached to the back cover is completely covered in toner, and the parts under the toner tray are covered in it too.

There's another part [don't know what it's called...] that I used to just wipe clean, which fixes the "everything is pink" problem, but as I'm rolling it round it just keep getting covered in toner.

Cheers, @tech_guy I managed to get the ITB out and there's a brush part that's FULL of toner... I had to [almost literally] take the entire thing apart to get it out.
