New Hardware migration

Can anyone give me advise on how to do the following

 

 

Setup

Mac on windows domain, users auth and login to macs.

Local user folder is created for network users.

Stupid students save on desktops

 

Need to migrate 21 Macs to new hardware

 

when using the migration tool from old mac to new one, it will not copy over network account user files only local ones

 

any help would be nice

Thanks, but i think I may not have posted the issues correctly, its not a AD issue or home folder issue its local users desktop files

 

when using the migration tool from old mac to new one, it will not copy over network account user desktop files only local users are listed in the migration tool.
