Phone with physical keyboard

Hi folks, I'm sure what I'm after isn't available but I'll ask here anyway.

I want a new phone and I want it to have a qwerty hardware keyboard. Ideally I'd like Android (recent version) but I'll take Windows phone too.

 

The Nokia E7 had a great keyboard. It went away when I wasn't using it and had a good size screen. That's the sort of thing I'm after, not the blackberry things that takes up most of the phone.

I found it impossible to get one :'( so had to move to the Nokia Lumia 920 as when its on its side its onscreen keyboard is the same size buttons as the keyboard that was on my HTC Pro7 phone (and the Touch Pro before that) very sad times that on-screen is the way everyone is going unless you want a blueberry.

The only ones I have found are the new Blackberry's running Blackberry 10, which surprisingly are actually pretty good.

 

I just had a customer buy a few for users who wanted keyboards.
