TechSupp Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 Does anyone know where I can get the cable that connects the main board through the hinge to the LCD screen. Its a common fault with these and I have about 10 to 15 showing the usual symptoms of screen going white and then normal when the lid is moved. Had a quote of £45 so far for each one supply only!
cromertech Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 I had some of these and they are a real nightmare to get hold of the parts. I think I found one on ebay but the price was about the same as you've been quoted. I don't think you'll be able to source much cheaper than that TBO
