Delete An Image from Excel

Hello

 

I am having a problem deleting images from an Excel 2010 worksheet.

 

This sounds simple enough the but worksheet was given to me and such I had no input on the design.

 

Basically there are two images on the worksheet which I can see but not select, edit, delete or control in any way. Even deleting the cells\rows they appear to be in doesn't make any difference.

 

I'll quite happily post the thing up here if anybody wants to take a look at it for me?

Ok so as you can see it is a fault log system and I know your first answer will be stop filling this out and go automated : )

 

Anyway it's used in one school and needs to be used in another so it's the school logo (the blue trees) that I want to get rid of

Beyond me I'm afraid, looks like someone has managed to lock down that spreadsheet tight! Must be code running in the background to prevent changes.

It seems to be a shared workbook. If you "un-share" it then it allows you to delete the images.

Spot on here's a list of other things you can't do with a shared workbook.

Thanks for the advice, it worked and looks all pretty with a new logo now : )
