My client has a vacancy for a professional developer with experience of developing commercial applications based on Java and SQL databases. Must have good technical and communication skills.

 

Essential skills are : Java and J2EE, SQL (preferably MySQL), problem solving skills and the ability to work independently and within a team.

 

Desirable skills are: Linux based web services (E.G. Tomcat, Apache), UI Development, XML/SOAP and similar data standards, Application documentation and specification.

 

Tasks that you will be involved in are likely to include the specification, development and implementation od a data driven wen application
