Ruckus 7363 time out setting

HI.

 

This is form Tokyo Japan and my English is not good. SO maybe hard to understand what I am writing.

If so, please let me know then I will correct it.

 

I am using two Ruckus 7363 access point devices for wireless network in the restaurant I work.

the wireless printers of POS system connecting to the access points.

 

very sometimes the POS printers cannot be accessed when I order by order device.

I ping to the IP address of the access points but no reply.

disable the printers but no solve.

I did not restart access points though.

 

But like 30 min after suddenly the printers worked fine.

I pinged successfully also.

 

I am not sure and I am not expert so please let me know if you know the setting that might be time out setting or anything possible to affect the issue.
