Is there anyone out there who has been working in a school or has experience of working and supporting school networks???

 

I have a permanent role based in London for someone to provide 1st/2nd line support with experience of CC3 (or similar), knowledge of TCP/IP, knowledge or exposure to Linux, and Database/Goldmine knowledge would be an advantage.

 

Excellent communication skills are essential to the role and you will need to be able to talk in a sensitive way to people with very little ICT knowledge
