Facilities Management/room booking/online payments

I'm looking for an online facilities management system that can do several things:

 

 

1). Room bookings sync'd from iSAMS

2). Parents Evening Bookings which the parents can log into and fill out a quick form for their child or children.

3

a). External Bookings for Sports etc that can have Charges associated with it and the booker can register an account with us (if not already in the system)

b). To provide contact details, payment details and have it raise invoices automatically.

c). Tied into Google maps to help them locate the venue booked.

4). The ability of accepting Online payments preferably something that can be integrated fully with our system.

Hmm... I would be interested to know some good facilities management software solutions as well.

 

I know for payments schoolpay.com is pretty good. They integrate with pretty much anything so if you find a good facilities management program schoolpay will work with them to integrate payments into their suite. Thats what they did for our food service and cash accounting software.

I would be interested to see what you eventually come up with, you are asking for a lot of specifics, particularly you integration requirements, all in one package. Good luck!

That is a lot of specific requirements for one piece of software. I would look into integrating things like parentpay, schoolbookings.com, you school MIS and possibly your VLE to house the parent/student side of things.

I'm sure you could make it work with a bit of research. Happy hunting.
