mwbutler Posted November 20, 2013 Posted November 20, 2013 Hi I have just setup our Intranet on a new Server 2008 R2 and having issues accessing it in Chrome. In IE 9 and FF25 I can access http://intranet fine but I get the following error in Chrome: The following error was encountered: Unable to determine IP address from host name for axe-sr-mgmt The dnsserver returned: Name Error: The domain name does not exist. Oddly, http://intranet.local.domain work fine in Chrome but not in the other browsers. Chrome is configured by Group Policy and has "intranet" (not "intranet.local.domain") in the bypass list but I didn't see anything else in there which may be relevant to this issue. Does anyone know why this is and how I can fix it? Thanks Matt
