[ipad] iPad Factory Restore - Apple Configurator and Purchased Volume Apps

Hi,

 

We have a mobile trolley with 15 iPads and a MacBook Pro - iPads are configured with Apple Configurator.

 

For various reasons, we want to wipe the iPads clean / factory reset and "Start from Fresh" - I've read somewhere in the past that we may have problems when trying to install previously purchased Apps bought via the VPP.

 

Does anybody have the correct procedure for me to do this, before I go ahead and wipe them and then find out we've "lost" all the Apps we've already paid for.
