HAP - HTTP Error 500.19

Hi All

hope some one can help as i have been going round in circles trying to solve this one

New install of Server 2008 r2 - IIS 7 - .net 4 followed the install guide to the 'T' as i have installed in the past.

 

I get the followig error

 

HTTP Error 500.19 - Internal Server Error

The requested page cannot be accessed because the related configuration data for the page is invalid.

Error Code 0x80070032

Check that the application pool is set to ASP.net 4 mode

Ok, in Server Manager, check that HTTP Activation is enabled for asp.net 3.5 and 4
