lionsl2005 Posted November 14, 2013 Posted November 14, 2013 Hi All, Is there an easy way to import Microsoft outlook calendar to Hotmail calendar? Thanks in advance
lionsl2005 Posted December 10, 2013 Author Posted December 10, 2013 No one seems to be done this before? Any help much appreciated.
themightymrp Posted December 10, 2013 Posted December 10, 2013 In Outlook, go to your Calendar and choose File --> Save Calendar (office 2013) or Import/Export. Save the file as a .iCS calendar file. 1.In Outlook.com (Hotmail), go to your calendar. 2.Click Import. 3.Choose either Import into a new calendar or Import into an existing calendar. To Import into an existing calendar 1.Browse to and select the ICS file that you saved. 2.Select which calendar you want to import into. 3.Under Prevent duplicates, choose Only keep the new events, or Only keep the original events. 4.Click Import into an existing calendar. 5.In the Select which calendar list, select the calendar that you want to use. 6.Under Prevent duplicates, choose either Only keep the new events or Only keep the original events. 7.Choose either Use the reminders that are already in your ICS file or Use default reminders for all your imported events. If you choose the latter, Calendar will give you a chance to review and/or change your reminders. 8.Click Import. 1
