Internet conecton NGFL

Is anyone else having trouble with there NGFL Connection?

 

we have started experiencing slow internet conection this afternoon.

 

We started out ipad updates this afternoon which seam to be taking ages. I dont know if its the connections - which is making the ipad updates and now our computer conections slow. or if the ipad update has slowed the network down to a crawl.

 

Phoned BT who cant see any inital problems.

 

Pinging google and bbc im getting package drops 1 out of 4 and a average speed of 84ms

doing a tracert i get this.

 

any tips?

Problem has gone away this morning, Phonecall to BT must have worked.

Just a bit of a panic thinking was it something i have done
