Was wondering whether anyone has this issue, we are running 4.0.13 (although this has happened in previous versions)

 

What happens (especially when a pop up UAC screen appears) when you click control to operate the shadowed PC the screen disappears whereby you cannot click yes to continue installation or action.

 

This also happens when you try to remotely operate Office 2007, where when you click on the orb the drop down menu does not appear, locally on the PC the menus are showing perfectly ok, so we normally need to go to the PC in question to continue the task.

 

Any one come across this?

I use share control.

Ah think I got it...

 

Under Settings options chose Capture Transparency

 

Then any Overlayed video graphics will be displayed.
