Multipull USB headsets

HI I am wanting to use 3 off USB headsets from 1 USB out with a hub, for team work. I need the application to send the audio to the headsets together, does anyone know how to do this as each hub will be recognized individually.

I don't think an elegant solution is available. I had an idea that involved using multiple wireless headphones using IR or FM (not radio fm but a different range) (not Bluetooth) but that was it.

 

You could also use an FM (this time I do mean 88-108 radio) transmitter and tune in to it with cheapo fm radios with headphones.

 

analogue splitters are tricky for more than 2 headphones.
