richardg7vyi Posted November 7, 2013 Posted November 7, 2013 Hi Think this is similar issue to earlier threads though wanted to check as they are quite old now. We are not a big used of interactive boards but do have two Activeboard 300 units. We have recently replaced the classroom computers and downloaded latest active inspire software. I have tried entering both board details from their labels on website to get key to enable Pro features but both are rejected as invalid serial number on website. Teachers are currently complaining they have lost software features that they previously had but I am unable to enable them without the key so it is preventing them using their boards as they did before. I have emailed tech support via a form on web page 2 or 3 days ago but had no response as yet. Can you advise me?
