Joomla Extension - Media Catalogue

[russdev]

Not sure how to describe this looking for a Joomla Extension.

What I need it to do is this users of joomla site will login and then they can upload media be that video or photo to site. Need it to have categories/folder or something that i can assign particular users to these folders so they can only upload to there own folder.

Then any anon users or users not assigned to folder can see all folders but can't upload.

Anyideas?
