One user group not working

Not sure how I missed this before, but anyone in our non teaching group do not get permissions that are set in hapconfig. A few examples, they should see the help desk icon but they don't, if I set the icon to show to all they see it but when they click on it they get a permissions error. Same with staff shared area, they don't get that. I thought it must be a typo but I have checked and it's fine (unless I can't read!)

I wondered is the issue because of the - in non-teaching?

What's the 2000 name of the group, it may need that

Sorry Nick, my bad. I needed to add another OU to the path for non-teaching at the top of hapconfig and then set the permissions just to non teaching for the different icons. It's working now. I also had to change "MGC Non-Teaching Staff" to "Non-Teaching Staff" in web.config for help desk.
