Ricoh printers return some remaining as toner level. Spiceworks useless with Ricoh pr

We've got about five different models of Ricoh printer. When the toners get low they return some remaining as the toner level which spiceworks doesn't like.

 

Has anyone found a workaround as one model of printer returns some remaining when it gets below 25% which makes the toner alerts pointless.
