bertster Posted October 16, 2013 Posted October 16, 2013 Just had this hit on a single PC at a new clients site. Only 1 backup which was overwritten last night with the 'infected' encrypted files. No shadow copies available. Looks like user has lost her files for good. Suspect outgoing support company is going to get a call from a rather irate manager!
