Turning VM's in to ISO

Hi all,

I have some virtual machines running in VMWare Workstation. I would like to take one of them (it is a desktop operating system) and then create an iso from it so that I can install it as a bootable option on my PC.

 

Any ideas and thanks in advance.

If you can convert it to a hyper v native vhd file then you can boot or mount in I. Win 7 and 8.
