Where is the RM (SWGfL) Web hosting control panel

I know this is a stupid question, but how do I get to the control panel for our RM (SWGfL) hosted website? I've got into once before, but it was so long ago I can't remember how I did it or it's address.

The current url for ours (which I assume is the same for others) is https://cpanel.custweb03.vws.ifl.net/, but depending on how long ago you last accessed yours you'll need to note that they're no longer using Parallels Plesk as the control panel software, instead they're now using cPanel which may present a new learning curve.
