Ergo BIOS

Hi,

 

I'm helping to fix some laptops which were donated to us and wonder if anyone can help.

They are Ergo Vista 621 and they all have corrupt BIOS problems. I have been trying to find a new bios file to try reflashing them with, either Ergo or Asus T12EG (which my google-fu tells me they are) but I can't find one anywhere.

 

I wonder if some has a bios backup they could let me have or someone who has a number in service could create a copy for me.

Thanks, I wasn't sure if they would be willing to help, we aren't the original owners and have no support contract etc with them. Some companies are a bit funny about legacy support.

I have to say, Ergo are brilliant with their legacy support. Although, I'm not sure if they actually release BIOS files and might want to reflash them themselves.
