What method does everyone use to make app purchases? We dont want to have credit card details stored so it seems we are unable to set up an itunes account. Has anyone else come across this problem and how did they resolve it?

If its just a handful of iPads you could use the iTunes vouchers, you dont need a credit card to setup an Apple ID/Itunes account the bottom payment option when it asks Visa/Mastercard etc is what you need to select, cannot remember what it says something like no payment option. If its anymore you should be looking at having a volume licensing account and using Apple Configurator.

We have credit card hooked up to VPP, then we use VPP to purchase the apps.
