Hi What method does everyone use to make app purchases? We dont want to have credit card details stored so it seems we are unable to set up an itunes account. Has anyone else come across this problem and how did they resolve it?

Has anyone switched from a ms campus agreement to office 365 what did you find were the pos and cons?
