Capita SIMS Behaviour Report Problem

Hi all,

 

I use SIMS to log Behaviour Incidents and generate Behaviour Reports.

 

We log all students involved in an incident....witness, target etc etc

 

Problem is when I then go to generate say a Behaviour report showing Ethnicity or Action it includes the witnesses which doesn't give a realistic overview of students at the cause of Behaviour issues.

 

Any ideas......would I need to edit the report from scratch?
