[sims] SIMS Timeline Sync Issue

Good morning,

 

The teacher timeline which is located on the homepage seems to be out of sync with the timetable information, I have pressed refresh but it seems to still be showing old data.

 

Can anyone please help?

Close the whole homepage then re-open from Focus | Homepage , or restart SIMS, if it's still wrong, then it depends what you've changed and what you expect to see.

You might need to re-apply the timetable, but it's not something to be done lightly. First step is to send the timetable from Nova T6 and check it's showing correctly under a teacher's profile when you click on the timetable link.
