Yeah, I do wonder how accurate the water solution will be.

 

Not sure if was coincidence but the program looked like it measured the water drop size. Think it was as I can't see how two wires can do that. How accurate is a simple dripper?

 

A new gadget to buy on payday though along with the rc40 light.

Saw this. Watching it mildly interested. Discussed going halfsies with a friend for one (It's not something either of us would use enough to warrant buying one outright, plus, if it doesn't work too great, less financial loss for us both)

I'd assume the wires measure the rate of drip. Drips will be reasonably accurate - their size is largely controlled by surface tension, gravity, viscosity and nozzle size - none of which will vary much once you know what the numbers are. So as long as you know the rate and can control that, you should have a very accurate delivery system.
