My laptop is the Toshiba Satellite Pro C660-2F5.

I must have done something to my laptop but I can't figure for the life of me how i did it. Let me just say this, the touch pad works fine.. however only after turning it on. Every time i boot up i have to press the keys Fn + F9 to turn the touchpad on, however I actually have to press it twice almost like i'm turning it off then on again for windows to register it. It did not originally have this issue but I must have done something to it. I've reloaded windows on it and no luck there, even in a fresh windows the problem is still present. It's been a while but if i remember correctly it also happened during the windows install. I've also tried Ubuntu and Fedora on it both of which have the same issue. Any thoughts would be welcome i've been stuck on this for months now, if someone gets this right away i'm going to feel like a right lemon!

Apologies if this is in the wrong section!
