Hitachi Cambridge Starboard

Hi all,

 

The previous network manager was not, let's say, the tidiest. We have 5 Hitachi Cambridge IWB's in school, and no software to install them.

 

I've tried ringing about 7 different numbers to try and get some replacement media ordered, but nothing has come of it.

 

Does anyone know how to get old of a replacement copy?

Hi if you go here Whiteboard Software you have to email them with a serial number of one of your boards and then they send you a link to download.

Thanks for the quick reply. I forgot to say that I'd also tried emailing them 3 times and had no replies either.

 

I tried that link you just posted about a week ago, quoted my board serial number and..... NOTHING.

The above URL now returns a 403 error message, in what I think is German.

 

Also, the URL above for emailing your serial number to, is now a dodgy serach results page.

 

I am also trying to locate Drivers and Software for a Hitachi Cambridge IWB. If anyone can post any download locations, I would be greatful.

Pretty sure Peter left/retired about 18 months ago and I met his replacement at BETT last year. Anyroads, I've got 80 Cambridge boards (absolutely bullet proof) and the latest version of the software is v9.42

 

Hitachi Solutions Europe - Software Download

 

Try the above link, should get a response back with the direct download link in a couple of days. Make sure you say you want the full version (SBS0942_Win_Full.exe, 1.7Gb) or you will be sent the upgrade version (SBS0942_Win_UPdate.exe, 300Mb).

That might work, thank you. One of our teachers has all their work in that version, in the past when we upgraded it didn't carry over...
