HAP issues on V9

HAP V9 is installed (I think either 9.0 or 9.1, not sure...) but is no longer working properly. Users are able to logon to HAP but they are not able to see anything once logged in other than Resources and Me, but neither of those links actually work. No link is showing for Mapped Drives either. None of the icons are showing for anything. This had been working in the past, though we are unsure when it stopped. Previous admin that set it up is no longer here. Wondering if this is worth troubleshooting or just better to reinstall from scratch and upgrading to 9.4. ??

Reinstall from scratch is best. It could be down to .net 4.5 being installed on the server, but best to try an install from fresh
