Makign a bootable ISO in windows of OSX

Hi,

 

I have messed up my OSX install (second hand mac mini) and need to reinstall OSX. I have a ISO ready but wanted to do it via USB. Does anyone know how to burn a USB for OSX. I think I did it previously but there's loads of articles about it and my head is swimming. I did buy a legit download copy of OSX 10.8 so this isn't a pirating request.
